Gorilla Capital invests in Workify

Gorilla Capital Fund III has made its 60th investment in Workify — a business system built specifically for trucking companies and machine entrepreneurs.

Introducing Enginio

Running a trucking company or machine entrepreneur business means managing jobs, drivers, vehicles, and customer orders across multiple sites — most of it still handled through phone calls, paper forms, and disconnected tools. Hours lost to administration, slow invoicing, and manual reporting are the norm.

Workify fixes this with a single platform that handles the full workflow: customer order intake, resource planning, field reporting, and invoicing. Field teams log hours and materials from their phones. The back office gets what it needs to invoice without the manual effort.

Founded as a spin-out from Hiab AB — part of Finnish industrial group Cargotec — in 2020, Workify has grown license revenue 15x by building directly alongside its customers.
