Gorilla Capital invests in 3DBear

Gorilla Capital Fund III has made its 41st investment in 3DBear — an education technology company using immersive simulations and AI to bring real-world learning into every classroom.

3DBear’s platform, Simuna, helps students gain practical, work-based skills through interactive, pedagogically designed simulations that mirror real workplaces — giving teachers more time to guide and inspire, and learners the confidence to succeed in the future of work.

“Education should be about confidence and capability, not just content,” says Jussi Kajala, Co-founder and CEO of 3DBear. “With Simuna, we bring real workplaces into the classroom — helping students learn by doing and teachers focus on what matters most.”

“3DBear is not just digitizing learning — it’s redefining how learning connects to real work,” adds Kirsi Vine-Haaparinne, Partner at Gorilla Capital. “The team has progressed with discipline and proof-first thinking. That’s the essence of how sustainable companies — and lasting impact — are built.”

We’re pleased to partner with Risto Vahanen (Eco-Innovation and Sustainability)Infinit Capital, and TESI as co-investors.
