Gorilla Capital invests in Munchi

Gorilla Capital Fund III has made its 51st investment in Munchi — a technology company building an AI-powered operating system for restaurants.

Restaurants today often rely on multiple disconnected systems to manage their business: one tool for payments, another for ordering, another for reservations or marketing. This fragmentation makes daily operations more complex and prevents restaurant owners from gaining a clear understanding of their customers and performance.

Munchi addresses this challenge by bringing the core operational tools of a restaurant into one platform. The system connects point-of-sale, payments, ordering, and customer engagement — turning everyday transactions into usable customer intelligence.

The platform is currently used by restaurants across Europe and the Middle East.
